I want my wedding to be like the wedding in the movie The Lord of The Rings. i want an elf theme in my wedding; the music, the place, the clothes, even the looks of the people attending my wedding. i want the reception to be held at night, under a bright moonlight in a wide garden with fountains, many beautiful flowers, tall trees and very lively plants. i want the garden to have a grand pavilion but it should look like a carved tree to match the theme. i want a choir singing or chanting as a background music. i want the people attending the reception to be looking like elves. long braided hair, silky robes for the men, long and shiny gowns for women. if possible, they must have long, pointy ears.LOL. they shouldn't wear any footwear. i want the food to match the theme as well. how bout you? what theme do you want?

I don't want any theme for my wedding. I have this thing in me that I want very very simple wedding. Very simple, with minimum budget and save all the money for my honeymoon. I'm already saving money for my honeymoon. I want to go on world tour as my honeymoon, with my wife. I think that would be great. Not very smart wasting money only on wedding. I don't want any theme, just simple and plain wedding.

Im getting married this June and let me tell you picking a theme for it drove me absolutly insane. My dream was to have a tropical theme, with palm trees and colors that would make it feel like you were on the beach, but that didnt work out cause I couldnt get any palm trees. Then I wanted an Irish theme with green, gold, white, and black. That didnt work out cause I couldnt find stuff I liked to go with it. So then I went for a star theme since I like stars, that didnt work out either, so Finally our theme now that we are sticking with is a king and queen theme. Our colors are Royal blue, light pink, and silver accents. I got a very beautiful ball gown to wear and a very blinged out tiara so I will look like the queen. Our invitations have castles on them, Im not sure how our cake will look yet but it will either just have designs with a crown on top or I found a georgous cake that looks like a castle online Im going to see if my baker can make it. If my fiance can find a nice one he wants a crown to wear during the reception lol. I still have to find centerpieces to go with my theme but that shouldnt be too hard to do. I still got 4 months of planning left to get everyting perfect.

I don't really want any theme to my wedding. and I definitely wouldn't expect to tell guests what to wear. I want them at my wedding to share the day with me, not to act as accessories to a look I'm trying to acheive.

All I know is that in my wedding the theme is going to be natural/earthy. The olors are going to be in earth tone colors (like browns, greens, tan, beige, etc) with a hint of yellow, and the decorations will match as well, alot of rocks, water, plants and flowers.

I would want a sophisticated type of wedding, not too formal and not too colorful like a children's party like that. I want a tri-color theme for my wedding, black, gold and red. Gold and red since I have a chinese blood and black because i really like the color. I want to have a black very beautiful gown with some red and gold accentuation on probably on my waist. I would want it to be in a beautiful garden at night time so I can have a little fireworks afterwards. The cake is red velvet with chocolate icings or frostings. I also want some mini cakes to give to the people there, I would only invite a few probably 100 people all in all including the newlyweds. The food must be all beautifully decorated and all must be delicious. I want to hire good photographers and video takers. Oh my! Now I'm so excited though I'm still 18 haha Your theme is oh so exciting too.

The lord of the rings theme is very cool. A friend of mine had a celtic wedding with tradional dress, it was as close to a lotr wedding. I have it in my head with my partner when we marry I will be in a victorian suit but vampy (think Gary Oldman in Bram Stokers Dracula in that grey suit and top hat, cane and tose cool shaes). Time will tell. "I have crossed oceans of time to be with " would be in the vows.
