Do you suffer from cold sores?

I always assumed a lot about them and after reading this article and viewing the video, I am more informed, which is good. I had cold sores a little bit as a child but never since. I have a strong immune system these days as I take better care of myself.

People tend to freak out when they find out cold sores are derived from a herpes virus. I haven't read your article yet because I'm answering from my e-mail. So maybe some of this I'm about to share is something that has already been mentioned. But Lysine is something you can get near the vitamins. Take it twice a day when a person gets a cold sore, and they are gone very quickly. My dad gets cold sores fairly often, and it sure works for him.
