What daily regimen do you do for your body?

Regimen is defined as a program to improve health: a prescribed or recommended program of medication, diet, exercise, or other measures intended to improve health or fitness, or stabilize a medical condition. Let's put it in this perspective- taking care of our body. What daily regimen do you do for your body?

I take walks and do some exercises a few times a week. I also like to sing since it relieves a lot of stress and I write a gratitude journal every night for my mind.

Gratitude journal- this is the first time I heard about it. But seems like a fun thing to do at the end of the day.

[i]Hello bubblyapple.Well these days as i am not well since weeks i am doing nothing but just sleeping, getting up eating boiled food, medicines and mylotting sitting at one place which is making me look so gross.I hate myself now when i look into mirror, i look old lady types.I dont want to be looked like one.Today i went out after many days but my city is infected with flu, everyone was with the mask it looked like whole city is full of diseases. I feel sick now.. Well but i saw 2-3 girls who looked charming in the sick crowd.I want to be back on my track and look awesome again i want to be beautifull.[/i]
