When I am hit with that out of control feeling, I stop working, and close my eyes. I take five minutes to do some deep breathing or go for a short walk to keep me clear my mind. If it's a big workload, I ask my boss to help me prioritize, or see if I can delegate some of my work to a colleague. How about you guys? Have a nice evening! Good night!

With the job I have, I have to be alert all the time. You see, I am on a teaching profession and as a teacher, I am dealing with vast, unique students and I have to be ready for them at all times. I really get nervous whenever I have my supervisors listening to my class not because I am not ready but they always strike me as someone who's out to eat me alive. Yes, they are REALLY very strict since we have such a large age gap that they are still sticking out with the old traditions while me applying the modern techniques and because of this, I've been their target for almost a year now. Sometimes I wish they would see things from my side but when things get really worst, I absent myself from work for 1 or 2 days just to give myself some time off.

i do! there are these urgent meetings that the management calls for and it really freaks me out like i would say "what happened ... again ?" . whenever there is an urgent meeting, i anticipate it to be something of a bad news. either you got a complain from parents, or somebody has reported you doing something wrong, or somebody made a mistake and there will be this new office order for everybody to suffer. it really sucks sometimes that i wanna shout "ah, give me a break!".

It is often that I get nervous at work especially when the workload is that which I do not like. I like it very much if the work is something that I like. However, now I work online and I get only work which I like. nervousness comes when I do not get the ideas to write quality content.
