Do you know any funny street or place names?

In heard that a council in the UK wanted to ban a street name due to its "rude" nature: Backpassage I believe it's called. I don't know the place and if it exists I would love to know the history behind (pardon the pun) the name. Anyway I got to thinking about funny sounding names for places. Here in Australia we have Dog Swamp, Inaloo and Blackbutt Avenue to name a few. Have you come across any funny names for places, streets etc...?

Can't think of any off the top of my head, but I worked in a London hotel in 1966 which was called The Hoop & Toy. I thought that was a strange name for a pub!
