What health foods do you include in your diet regularly?

I ensure i have milk & oats daily, Greens, dry fruits and of course fresh fruits and veggies at least thrice a week. Dont have red meat more than thrice a week (though thats on the higher side, i know) would love to fast and clean out my system, but cant right now with a baby to be fed..

I use to eat leafy vegetables and legumes each and every day. I used lentils also with steamed rice. aside this I use roots like carrot, beet, cucumber as a salad

I have fresh vegetables in my diet
.In the evenings i have a glass of milk.In the morning i have chappatis with egg along with a cup of tea.My afternoon diet varies with chicken and fish.If i order outside i eat paneer with spinach or green peas.In the evening i sometimes eat wheat flakes with calcium.

great going! Do you know that tea within 1/2 hour of a meal inhibits the iron absorption? Do you take care that you dont spoil a good diet with a slip like that. I love tea too, but have it well after a meal, though sometimes its fun to have a warm cup of tea on a warm meal, especially black lemon tea!
