I used to take vitamins on a daily basis. But I pretty much get all my vitamins I need from the food that I eat so I dont take them anymore. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and colorful vegetable and fruit. Make sure your diet is balanced and you will not need extra vitamins.

Exactly, if you have a great diet then you should get all the vitamins and minerals you need from your diet. Some people can't do this or don't achieve this therefore a natural multivitamin like spirulina is a good option. I found a good website on spirulina at: http://www.spiralyne.co.uk/what-is-spirulina.html if you have time check it out.

Personally, I like to get my food from vitamins as well. However, I have to say that the best part about it is that I never erally have to take supplements, especically swith some of the risks and complications supplements can chaieve. However, I do take multivitamins as well, though that's about it.

I suggest you to take diet that is rich in vitamins rather than taking vitamins since natural vitamins I think is the best form for our health pills do have side effects so better to take vitamins from food

Someone told me that taking vitamin C in the winter months helped prevent catching colds and flu, so last year I tried it, but still caught colds. This year I haven't been taking it, but haven't caught any cold! I think you are right that it is better to get the vitamins you need from your food.

There was just a study that was released that takin vitamina via pills has little to no long terms effects. This means that if you are taking vitamin a,b,c or what ever to prevent [insert anything here] that you're pretty much waisting your time! As a personal trainer i've been recommending they ingest the vitamins naturall, via foods.

Personally, I prefer to get my vitamins through my food. It's how people got their vitamins back in the past. However, I will say that things like multivitamins are great regardless of condition you have, so at the moment, aside from trying to eat a balaced diet, I'm also taking multivitamins as well
