I am now 32 yrs old and my waistline is 29. I used to have a 32 waistline (my biggest) when I was 21 yrs old. I ate a lot during my CPA Board review because of the 101 Dalmatians collectibles at McDonald's Happy Meal. I managed to collect 41 Dalmatians and fat on my tummy!

Well, I turn 37 this year and my waistline is currently larger. However, I've had 6 beautiful children. I don't think my hips will ever be small, just like my bra size isn't going down anytime soon, much to the love of my husband lol.
I've heard that a healthy waist size is 1/2 your height, so I asked my OB/GYN at my last visit and he said "I'd not heard that one before, if you have energy, feel good, exercise like you should, and eat healthy-don't worry about it". I just adore him!

42F, and I don't think the girls are going anywhere anytime soon. Just means lots of tailored clothing.

Haha. That's so cool and funny. All my life, I never weigh more than 100 lbs. So that means I have always been skinny (not too thin though). When I use to measure my waist using a tape measure it measures 26 or sometimes 26 1/2, utmost would be 27. But when I get myself a pair of jeans or skirts, I get to buy 25 or Small. I feel so tiny knowing what my waistline is and how I could fit in into small outfit. I'm 24 and I dont want my waistline to be in 24, though people say it's sexy. I would look real thin with it.

yeah i think 24 is thin unless you are 5' tall or shorter then 24 might just look good (really petite). 26-28 seems the average size since most jeans have those sizes always available.

What an interesting topic it is!!
My waistline is always higher than my age.I am now 25 years of age and my waistline is near about 32inches .I want it to reduce by 2 inches now but I am unable to do so. I have a very hectic schedule so I hardly get any time to do exercise. And every body knows if I don't do any exercise then how could it be reduced ?
I want it willingly.Wish me all the best.

know what, i hate exercise! but i was able to lose 10 kilos in 2007.. i just drink only water and fresh fruit juice (no softdrinks and powdered juice), i eat fruits for snacks instead of burgers, and for weekdays, i only eat rice with either fish or vegetables. i only eat meat during weekends.

My age! I'm 46 and my waistline is 27". It was 22" ten years ago. Anyway i'm only 5 feet, 95 lbs. and my tummy bulges in tight fitting blouse and jeans. Just don't look at me sideways, look at me from behind and my husband says i'm sexy! LOL!

My waistline is higher than my age, but not by a whole lot...I wear a size 38 in pants, and I am 31 years old, so I guess that isn't too terribly bad. I do need to lose a few pounds though...

Till the age of 20, in all probability your waist will always be more than your age. But that person would not necessarily be unhealthy. Yes if your waistline is more than your age after 35 then it is bad. At 52 I am maintaining a waistline of 34. I wish I can get it down to 30 at least. Am trying, lets see if I succeed.

At my age I'm really happy to say that my waistline is smaller by a number of 17. What I wish is that they were the same number!

Currently my waistline is higher than my age. :P
My waistline is 27 and while my age is 18. LOL. Is it possible to have a waistline below 18?
Oh so you got fat because of the McDonald's Happy Meal. LOL. I thought you got fat because of the pressure that the CPA Board review gave you. I guess then by the time that I am going for my CPA Board Review, I do not have to worry getting heavier since I am not that fond of McDonald's Happy Meals.

I am 19 and my waistline is 27inches. I actually have a really small waist compared to the rest of me, I have a strange figure. I am petite but have 42 inch hips and a 44 inch chest. Whenever I put on weight it goes to my chest straight away which may sound like a dream but it sucks when you need to go and buy a nice bra!
