It's A Girl's Movie Night!  

We didn't get all the way through Mirrors. We started watching it about 1 am and honestly, it scared the crap out of me. Needless to say, we were all piled up in my bed because everyone was scared.

All the movies were good. I didn't get all the way through Mirrors because we got scared. On The Doll was, how should I say, different. I wouldn't really recommend it. The Family That Preys was very good, but Nick and Norah was my favorite. It was very funny and if you've read the book, the movie is so much better.

I seen Eagle Eye when I was picking out these movies. I might have to rent it next time.

I really loved Nick and Norah. I had read part of the book, but never finished it. I loved the book, so I knew I would love the movie. OMG, the way that gum got used, ewe, I had to cover my eyes in the bathroom scene. It was so good, I might just have to watch it again today.

I was appalled in the bathroom scene but then when Norah took the gum after that I almost screamed!!!

Well, how about when Norah and Nick shared the gum. Or when she was in the restaurant and said it was "maintaining it's freshness.

You ladies got me curious, so when I was out returning the movie I watched last night I rented Nick and Norah. I will probably watch it later after the kids are in bed. They are watching Spongebob right now.

Oddly enough, I've never seen Gone With The Wind!! It is a great movie classic, I know, I really should watch it sometimes!

You'd love it. It's SUCH a girlie movie! LOL Long, but beautifully done. The kids'll be walking around for weeks saying "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn" and you'll be walking around for weeks saying "I'll think about it tomorrow". LOL

I hadn't really thought about what they were setting themselves up for! The most I've ever done was watch the full Godfather trilogy in one sitting.

We started watching movies around 6 PM and finished around 1:30 AM and we didn't even get through the last one because it turned out to be too scary for us. Yes, it was a long sitting, but hey, it was fun! We had a blast. I hadn't watched a movie in a long time, so it was quite refreshing to get to sit back and relax for awhile.
