My husband till today act childish when it comes to taking medicines, he cannot swallow the small tablet with much difficulty he used to have it so he prefer injections whenever he is sick or if its normal sickness like cold and fever he will stay like that doing some natural remedies like massaging some vaporub or steaming with vaporizer. How about you ?

Hi there Achinthya!
I try natural remedies first like drinking calamansi juice, water therapy and rest. If they don't, then I turn to the aide of medicines but vaccinations or injections will be the last thing on my options.

Actually it depends on the condition of sickness for me
.If it is a mild or common sickness then i prefer to take tablets. If the sickness is severe then i take an injection.I prefer tablets mostly than injection.I have taken injections before and it hurts after the injection.

I am the opposite of your husband, in that I always prefer to take tablets to an injection. Since a young age I have had a phobia against needles. I really hate them and would do anything to avoid them. I don't mind taking tablets, even though sometimes they stuck in my throat, and that can be a bit horrible. But nowhere near as horrible as having a needle jabbed in my arm - or anywhere else, lol!

My youngest son had a problem swallowing pills. We took an wrapped them in a small piece of sliced cheese. He's an adult now and that's still how he takes them. Your husband might try it. It keeps him from tasting the pill (and some of them taste nasty) but it's still small enough to wash down with a drink.

I prefer taking tablets when sick because lm also scared of needles. l would felt more sick when saw the needles. lf my sick is severe, then no choice had to go for the injection. Anyway, that's only my last resort if the tablets cannot cure my sick. Happy mylotting..
