I have seen people working on computers day and night and some of them don't have time for their family. In this world, people are looking to earn more from all the resources available. i am also the one from them but i do take care of my family and try to spend some time with time.... what about you ?

My mother went to work full time when I was in the third grade and I felt that she didn't have time for me or my siblings from that first day. She was also irritable. Later on in my life at home she mellowed and things were better but I never forgot how I felt while growning up. That's why I made sure that my kids knew that they were/are important to me and that I made time for them...even if that meant doing the dinner dishes after 10:00 when everyone was settled. We talked a lot and did things together. Today my kids are grown and some of them are parents themselves. I have a great relationship with all of them and they are excellent parents themselves. Time is something you can't get back later so I've always made it a priority.

It is important to give time to family. Even if we have the whole five days to work, at least we have two days rest at work so we can build up our relationship with our family.
I used to remember when i was playing the SIMS, where you have to increase the relationship status between your wife, your kids, your husband. Anyway as what i am saying there will always be a time allotted for family affairs. If some of us work even on Saturday or Sunday, i am sure they can still find a way to post for a personal leave or vacation leave to be with their family.
All work and no play makes jack a dull person, heheh! as to what the saying goes, but i am sure we will use all possible resources to be with our loving family and spend a day with them.

I always make it a point to spend time with my family. My family comes before anything else. If Im on the computer and they want something I will just log off and spend time with them.
