I was trying on diet recently, but I failed after while. I suppose keep on exercise after work too. But it was like three minutes trial. I didn't continue after while. How do you persist on keep on diet, and keep on exercising? I should work on my mind set.

There are actually a number of diets that address a lifestyle change rather than just a fad quick-fix. Let's Do Lunch is one of those - and it is much less expensive and easier to follow that the expensive "name-brand" plans. I have been following this plan for two months now and have taken off 20 pounds. If you would like to check it out, go to http://www.letsdolunch.com Part of what keeps me going on the plan is the support that I get from the others on the message boards on the plan website. We have a section to journal what we eat and can get input from others on alternatives that we might try to help with our loss as well as moral support!

The first tip that I would give you is to keep a journal. Write your realistic goals and how you plan to reach them. Then everyday, write the food you eat, so that you couldn't cheat. Also write the exercises that you do. That will give you a good start. Allow for setbacks sometimes but always trust your plan. Keep thinking positive!

I do a couple of things. I was 100 pounds overweight, since I started seriously losing weight I have lost 32 pounds. I did 3 things, I joined weightwatchers which is the best diet out there--they change your lifestyle instead of having you diet. I track all the food I eat and I make exercise part of my regular routine. I make it like a meeting or appointment. Something I cannot miss. Good luck with your weight loss.

I am keeping my fit now. Every day i eat two meals, the breakfast and the lunch. Every evning i will running and do some sit-up. I used to note what i eat one day, this is efficient, everytime i want to eat something, i will note, when i see it is too much today, i will stop! Good luck for you and hope you can successiful!
