It makes you just want to stomp your feet or something. I can see me now, trying to shove something down into my shoe, all the time knowing it would be safest to just pull over and stop and scratch it really good.

I thought when your hands itched it meant you were coming into some money, now about feet itching, it says here in the medical journal, you need to have electric eels sting them, wait, that was my witch doctor medical journal, the real one says that its a sign of heighten nerve endings being exposed. Did you take a hot shower and sensetize them, sounds like hubby needs to do some food rubbing, (tell him the medical journal said so, he he)

Yes, only mine is on top of my foot. I finally got smart and am putting cortizone cream on it. It does help. Another thing that probably would help is a capsaicin cream. That also might burn. I only notice my itch when I take the shoes off at night.

yes I had many itches like that, find out if you have been bitten by a bug, or if you have dry skin and if you need to see a doctor about it.

Funny, I have an itch on my foot right now too. I think it is dehydration. I feel really dehydrated which seems to make my hands and feet swell and get itchy. Try drinking some water. I don't know if it will help, but it is my personal opinion.

Hi ladym,
I have not experienced that but remember one of my roommate before has that problem...And found out that it will attack her when she will eat chicken....
And lately, she got a chinese cream which works very effective on it!

Yep, and it's a killer. It happens most of the time, and it becomes extremely annoying.
