Does the number 8 mean anything special to you ? mine's 888

hi, i reach 888, which is a very lucky number. Chinese people, espeically Chinese men, businessmen are all superstitious about the number 8, let alone 888, because its pronounciation sounds like "get rich, get rich" in Chinese language. 6-6-6, sounds like "going smoothily, everything is fine".

you see? some people especially business men, they pay over 1300$, that is 10000 RMB, or even 13000&, that's 100,000 RMB to buy a telephone number with all 888888, car sign number with 888888. These eights mean a lot to them. funny, isn't it?

I don't know there might be something to the number eight because I just heard this morning that the triple eights came out. Which was a good number in the numbers realm. Well I don't really play the numbers so I don't know if its a lucky number or not. But if Chinese believe it's a good number then I will say, okay? Have a nice day, happy mylot!

Yes I am Chinese too and so 8 definitely means "wealth" to me! I am not really superstitious about it but I would be happy if 8 happens to be in any of the numbers I got! It's a good number anyway!
