Apologizing..

I will apologize for hurting someone, or for something I did, but I think saying you are sorry and admitting you were wrong are two different things. I can say I am sorry I yelled without being sorry for what I yelled about. LOL. I think the reason some people have trouble admitting they are sorry is exactly what you said: ego. Some people feel that if they aren't right 100% of the time, they aren't as powerful or maybe aren't as good as someone else. It's almost as though admitting you are sorry is giving someone else power over you? Which I don't think is the case, but everyone is different, that's what makes the world go around!<3

Sometimes I apologize just to signify that that argument is over, and I don't want to have to deal with it anymore.

Sure you love him. But, don't let him boss you around.
Don't say sorry when you don't need too.

Why it is so hard for "most" guys to say they are sorry?
That is easy, that think that is not manly.
Men think men are suppose to always be right.

I have noticed through the years, the women who are disrespectful to there man, are the ones who get the most respect.
I have not figured this out yet. lol! But look around you, I am sure you will notice what I mean.
Seems the nicer you are, the worse they (men) get.
I myself am trying to understand this.

I don't think we women or men will ever totally understand each other.
That is just the way it is.

I prefer that people show me they are sorry rather than tell me. Anyone can say "sorry" and not mean it. It takes considerably more effort to show someone you are sorry if you don't really mean it.... if you are just pacifying them.

And sometimes "I'm sorry," when you really have done something wrong, is the hardest thing in the world to admit so by showing it you don't ever have to actually say the words.
