Ugly Bat Boy has actually got old Bawb beat, because this is his normal and Bawb was because he was starving. I guess its a good thing that he was taken in by a vet rather than someone who decided to creat a new breed of cat. http://www.theindychannel.com/family/18814224/detail.html#-

I could't load the page for some reason anyway even the ugliest of animals someone will find adorable, I find anyhow. Love is truly not based on looks.

Bawb or Bat Boy? Bawb's hair fell out because he was starving, Bat Boy is just that way, with his long furry bib. Bawb's fur grew back, and went on to live his last 2 years with a groomer.

Aww--poor baby. Heck he doesn't know he's ugly and he seems to be getting a lot of love and attention despite his "weird" appearance

I like cats in all sizes, shapes, and form, but even I have to admit that ugly bat boy is one ugly cat.

He is an odd looking cat, and if they had an ugly cat contest, he might very well win!

The article said there was nothing wrong with batboy but he looks so odd. Is he a specific breed or have one mixed I wonder. Bawb is actually cute with his shaven legs..lol..the bat boy would be fine as long as he's good spirited..lol..he'd be really scary mean.

Actually, Bawb's fur fell out because he was so near starvation, but it all grew back in after he had some good food in him. He spent his last 2 years with a groomer who loved him loads.

Your Bawb is strange looking but Bat Boy is one UGLY cat. I seen hairless cats maybe he is some kind of cross breed or recessive gene come to surface. I think a good brushing would improve the look of the hair he does have.

Bawb was an odd one, he had some serious behavior issues, and one of the flat faced Persians.

He's NOT! ugly. There is no such thing as an ugly cat. All cats are beautiful purr-fect creatures. I would love to have this kitty, but he is very happy and well cared for as an office cat. I'm glad that he has such a good life with a lot of attention. Best of all he was adopted by a kind compassionate vet who got him neutered and won't breed him for profit. I would have hated him to go to a home where they saw him as a money maker.

that is so TOTALLY the best thing about this story! and I agree, that he's not nearly as ugly as those Chinese crested that are always winning the ugly dog contest

Poor thing!! It would be bad to be so ugly!! But he is regal, just like a mini-lion, isn't he? Glad he has a home, it would be kinda scary running into him on the street!
