i think it is coz some liquid eyeliner r sometimes runny an i am afraid it gets in to my eyes an make me blind so i hardly use it

i wouldn't wear it on my waterline. only apply a line of it on your eyelid near your lashline.

When ever I put it on (which is rare) it always get in my eye. I don't think it will cause you to go blind but it's definitely UN-healthy! It's good to avoid it as possible.

I have no doubt that most eyeliner is quite bad for you, especially if it gets in your eyes. But I use 100% mineral makeup that doesn't have anything harmful or bad in it, including eyeliner, so I don't worry about it.

It gets in my eye from time to time, it won't make you go blind. Just will kind of hurt a bit.
