Since it was wet, I don't think you really needed to drive as a penguin. You could have just slid to where you wanted to go.

If a penguin can drive a car you can keep your driver license, because before you become a penguin, you have a driver license, so if penguin can drive a car why can't you keep your driver license. If penguin can drive a car then it's obvious that penguin need car insureance. lol

LOL you can be a vegan penguin - you can dine on seaweed and algie and turn a lovely shade of green and be the envy of all the other penguins. 
Though of course that envy might just make them pick on you. 
Better make friends with a dolphin. He can be your insurance (bodyguard) and give you a lift wherever you're going so you won't need a license.

Oh yes, I'm more than happy to be friends with dolphins but I'm not sure about the turning green bit... make it purple and you're talking my language! I reckon that if Elmer the patchwork elephant was accepted by his peers, then penguins would be equally tolerant of a little purple friend 
I think 'penguin me' should be able to drive better than the dolphins....

with that situation,, i don't think your driver license so as your insurance will be valid anymore...since becoming a penguin, you will have a difficult time driving you might even be involved in a lot of car accidents..lol!..
