my son watches a lot of Mr Bean

Television should be balanced with discussion by parents when it comes to young children. I love Mr. Bean, too...he's sooo funny...and I don't think that too many kids would try to immitate him but there may be some. I have always talked to my kids about the things they watched on tv. Even when they were teens and they watched those teen sitcoms...things came up that needed to be discussed. An involved parent is a better defense than not allowing a child to watch a funny show that he enjoys.

My kids also like to watch Mr. Bean. I don't see any problem with it. And I didn't observe them imitating him. But if we want our kids to really learn from what they are watching over TV, we better let them watch some educational shows instead of letting them watch Mr. Bean.
