Kids First Paycheck  

I always spent my money wisely. When I was a kid though I loved to blow my allowance of Bee Gee albums. I and my sister had a paper route once. But our mom could never get us up come morning time to take us to deliver them so she had to first deliver them on her way to work. I know that was awful to do to her but we just wouldn't budge out of our beds!I don't remember seeing any of that money. She probably used it for gas.

Well I grew up in a poor house, I got my first job bussing tables at 14, when I started getting paid I would slip a little into my dads wallet when he wasnt looking because he wouldnt take my money to help pay bills or anything, and I would usually buy clothes or food for myself so my parents wouldnt have to worry about it, now...if I had grown up in a more middle class family that wasnt struggling to make ends meet, I probably would have spent my money more carelessly, I think its all about how you're brought up, if you grow up not having much to eat, or never having new clothes, you tend to spend money on that, now if you grow up getting everything you want and need you dont really have a reason to spend your money wisely, but I'd have to say I'm pretty proud of your kids, even though I'm only 18 (a little young to be talking about reproducing) but I hope my kids spend their money the same way yours did.

Deliving papers is one good way to earn some money. I know because I do that. I have the kids helping me too because the money goes to their excursions for school. I tell them that. I do give them some money but when they get money themselves, they waste it on candy.
