Ok last night I went and washed my daughters girl scout shirt for girl scouts and put the new patches on but in order to wash the shirt I had to take a pin off which I put on the dinning room table.. Low and behold I get the shirt out of the wash and dryer and bring it up stairs and the pin has no dissappeared. grrrrr. Where in the world could this pin have gone? It's like it has a mind of its own and run off to be left alone. So now I'm doing a search and seizure method through out the house and guess what still no pin! I have until 5pm to find that pin. Funny thing is I remember my son helping me pick up the downstairs and yet he swears he doesn't know where the pin is. Shakes Head I'm cursed to try and get things done only to have another thing throw my world into chaos. LOL!!! So has anything like this happen to you?

I'm always putting things in a safe place, so I "know" where they are, then when I come to get them, I can't for the life of me think where that safe place is! That's probably what you did, my friend, and thinking about too many things at once, your safe place has completely slipped your mind. Either that, or you have a mischievous spirit or jackdaw around the house! Brightest Blessings.

Has anything like this happened to me? Does the river run into the sea? Does the sun rise in the east? Do children cause stress? Of course they do! All the time. No matter what you need it disappears into some mysterious vacuum that we cannot find an entry to! Good luck finding that pin! Hugs xxx

I bet I can guess what those words are too! lol I hate when things vanish that way but at least with a pin it is understandable - you should see the size of some of the things that disappear in our house! lol xxxx

Things like that always happen to me in our house, it is usually socks though. I bring the kids their socks and uniform down in the morning and I give them their uniform and socks and yet when they come to put their socks on they have vanished! How on earth can socks just disappear, and I mean some days they disappear not to be found again!!!!

LOL ah dont you just love the mysterious disappearances? why do they always occur when they are most INconvenient? that stuff happens around here all the time weird thing is that we can turn this house upside down twice and not find it but if I ask my resident ghost to give it back it magically reappears in a most obvious place that we had already searched several times
