Weekend with the Baby

OK, she gets upset with me when I call her a baby! My youngest daughter, Lauren, is home from college this weekend. She came in yesterday afternoon. We spent a quiet evening at home. Her boyfriend Chris came over, I cooked Dinner for the two of them and her Dad and I.
We just stayed here and watched a movie on HBO, then watched an episode of Numbers that we hadn't seen, then watched another movie on Lifetime and then Chris went home.
What were your Friday night plans?

I stayed in bed and watched a movie. I tore a ligament in my finger which made moving my hand very painful, so any Friday night plans were shot. Today I am typing one-handed! It sounds like you had a nice evening.

Oh dearie, that sounds extremely painful. I hope you got some pain medicine and were able to take it and get some rest!
Kristen, my middle daughter has a sprained wrist and she hurt pretty badly the first week after she hurt it. I have had torn ligaments in the top of my foot and was told that they can often hurt worse than a break!

I did! I was so excited! LOL
No, it was one of those murder mystery movies that Lifetime Movie Network Runs, and as they were channel surfing they stopped to see what the creepy music was all about. Lauren hollered. Oh, that's a good movie, so they stayed there, and we all ended up gettin hoocked in on the story line!
