Do you own a timeshare or vacation property and do you use it

I have talked to many people who own timeshares and never seem to use them. IF you own a time share do you use it? Why or why not?

I have a Platinum Elite membership with Worldmark The Club and we use it all the time and LOVE IT. We are retired and would sit in the house without it, but since we have it we travel all over. Last month we went to McCall Idaho and had a Presidential Suite with a Hot Tub on the deck, that we never would have sprung for it it had not already been paid for.
