Why do ppl are interested for extra money? Are U not satisfied what God gave us?  

Because people find this extra income to be more helpful.

God doesn't give us money and nor does He keep us alive if we do nothing. We need to work (or do something useful) to live. In our society money is used as the exchange mechanism for converting our labour into food, drink, warmth and shelter and the other things we like to have for our and our families' comfort.

Many people think that the Bible says that 'Money is the root of all evil'. This is NOT true. What the Bible says is that 'the LOVE of money is the root of all evil' - in other words, we should not think of money as something to be acquired for its own sake but rather as something which will allow us to live our lives and to be shared with others in charity for their benefit.

I thank God every day for the blessings he has given me. But I also believe that God helps those you help themselves. He has blessed me with a new home, wonderful friends and many many other things. With the economy the way it is I need that extra money. With a huge mortgage (not complaining) and all the other bills I have and no more overtime, there are still extra things I want and some that I need. This extra money helps me to be able to have a few of those things. You can't tell me that you see things you would love to buy if only you had the money. Why not try to earn a little extra. If you are satisfied with all you have and want for nothing else than bless your heart, tell me the secret.

i dont think that it is the fact that we are not happy with what god gave us as it is we are trying to make ends meet.
