Does anyone know how to send/deposit money from our local bank to our paypal acc?

You can add your bank account details to your paypal account and you can withdraw money from paypal account to your bank account! Bu if you want to add money to paypal account you need credit/Debit card!

If there's not an icon, there should be a tab for transferring funds in paypal. Your account does have to be verified, as the other poster has already said, so if you're not seeing any place where you can transfer funds it might mean that your account is not verified.
