What did everyone think of this book? Is it any good? A few friends have recommended it and I thought it would make for a great discussion(sorry if its been done already).
Tell me what you liked most about the book. Tell me what you liked least about the book.
Are you anxious for the second book? Did you hear that it is going to be a movie that comes out in 2011? Thoughts on that?

I havent heard of this before. I think that there are many books that are good. I like all sorts of different books but I dont know that there re many books that you will like and tht are interesting for you and interesting to read.

Thanks for the comment. My sister-in-law actually recommended it and was telling me a bit about it. From that I think I would enjoy it. Is there a book that you would highly recommend just because you enjoyed it a lot and have to tell everyone about it? Thanks again!

From what I've heard it is about this colony of people that are separated into 12 or 13 groups. The government people devised a game to award the people with food. If your team wins you get enough food to feed your group, plentifully while the other groups only get enough for some of the people in the group.
There is one girl who wants to do the hunger games and one year her sister is chosen to play. I think she takes her place in the hunger games. After that I'm not sure what happens. It sounds really good.

I heard the audiobook version (borrowed from the library). I love it!! It's very good, and the ending is great. It is really sad how the two main characters are forced into a situation where they have to kill each other, and you cannot help but wonder who is going to be the overall survivor.
