I am watching Godfather again  |

 I remember the first time I saw this movie. It must have been over 30 years ago. At that time I remember thinking how scary it must be to have a 'family' like that. Of course nowdays you see stuff all over about crime families. It seems like old hat.
Do you remember seeing a movie that at that time it was incredible stuff but now it is so common that you don't think anyhting else about it?

4.  snowy22315 (8111) | 9 months ago |  I guess maybe dark shadowns on TV was something but now vampires and witches and such are so commonplace both on TV and in the movies that it really makes that stuff seem like old hat. I guess there are some things that are new and somet things that are old and movies really make them more dramatic.

I really enjoyed the movie even though there weren't that many special effects and some of the scenes where people were dying and getting shot weren't that realistic. The story was awesome and the acting was amazing!

| 8. thedailyclick (1118) | 9 months ago |  The Godfather came out the year I was born but remember seeing it for the first time when I was about 12. Now days there is not a month which goes by when I watch at least one of the Godfather movies. In fact I wore out my videos of it a while back I had watched it so many times.
As for a memorable movie, I remember watching Jurrasic Park on the big screen and being totally awe struck. But these days I am less impressed with CGI packed movies.
