Catching up with family

I have not seen most of my dad's family in the last few years since I moved to a different state. One of my cousins in particular was excited to spend some time catching up, so the kids and I stayed at her house last night. The kids were up way to late playing with her kids and we stayed up too late talking and catching up.
Do you often get the chance to catch up with family that you have not seen in awhile? When was the last time you were able to catch up with someone?

With me being in Italy, my sister in USA and out mother in UK it's difficult. We did manage to meet up last autumn in UK as it was mother's 90th birthday but I have a feeling that won't be happening again in the near future.
I manage to get to UK because it's so near but all of us meeting up again soon is not easy for my sister.
Fingers crossed that I will get to see her before too long.

I don't see my family often. It would be nice to catch up. We do talk on the phone, and visit via webcam. But in person would be great!

My uncle and aunt were based abroad. I just catch up with them through chatting, I guess about 2 to 3 times a week. They went here in our place December of last year and it was such a blast, we had lots of fun. I wish they visit here often. Even if I'm doing work, typing and stuff in my laptop, I chat with my aunt every time she's online 'cause I love every opportunity to catch up with her. She and my uncle were so nice. I love them both.

i am living too far from my mom and dad and missing them a lot. She called me to come home for the Holi festival But, as there was lots of work for me left to being completed i dint go. i am missing my mom's recipe too. i dint go home for last three years for this festival. I wish i could go next year. Missing my family a lot
