Hi margajoe, sorry it took me a long time to respond. I have been quite busy with a few things. Anyway, I am feeling good. I just stayed away from the food or drinks that would trigger anything.

Yes I have chronic back problems.
But, I am exercising with Yoga back training.
It really helps. SO, I am doing much better.
And today I had my first trail day for a job.
On Sunday I begin my new job at the Pub here down the street.
I can see it from my house. hahaha!
They asked me to work there, so I said I will try.
It is only for the weekend. I am not to drink alcohol while working.
So I don't have to worry about being drunk, hahaha!
That is no problem for me. The smoking is my biggest problem.
I stopped two weeks ago. In a Pub it is not easy to keep off the cigarettes.
But I managed today, so I should manage the rest too.

I am so glad to hear the news. I feel so sad when somebody suffers from any pain. I heard a lot of good things about yoga. I also have scoliosis so I am wondering if yoga would suit me.

You could try it.
I have a DVD with yoga programs on it. This way I don't need to bother with expensive trainings. But, maybe you should ask your doctor first???
I had my first day yesterday at the Pub. And what I was afraid of happened.
The women start complaining about my speaking German. I have a dutch accent and not everyone understands me. Stupid thing is, I know these people for 2 and a half years. They always understood me, know it is a problem? They are jealous, because I am getting all the attention. hahaha!
The men never complain about this.
When these women drink too much they need someone to belittle. Know that I work there it is me. I am not very strong on stress situations, seeing as stress tightens the muscles and gives me more pain. So, I guess I won't be working there very long.
Until then I am getting 4 euro and hour. More than I make on the internet. hahaha!

coffee is kind of addictive too that's why I got hooked on it as well when I was younger. So with colas which did so much damage to my stomach walls. Now I must stay away from any of the two.

I think decaf still kind of gives me hyperacidity attacks so really, I';m hopeless. hehe

I guess it does tend to be addictive having caffeine and all.:-)
