What will you use to brush your teeth when you run out of tooth paste?

I've used baking soda before when out of toothpaste. It works pretty well. I know you can rinse with tea-tree oil so my guess is that it might clean your teeth too Namaste-Anora

Well, I heard that TAWAS also is good to use? am not sure but that is what others are using when the things you mentioned are not available. surely, I experience using salt. It is good..

When I run out, I make a paste out of baking soda, a little peroxide, and a quick shake of salt. Not only does it remove the plaque well, but it also helps the gums. It also whitens the teeth. Sometimes I'll make it for a use or two even if I haven't run out of toothpaste just for the whitening.

It's really hard to do brushing when you run-out-of tooth pastes but if so then I guess my first option would be salt. I guess I tried it twice or three times already. It's not really as good as tooth pastes but it cleanse tho.

i'm one of those some people who is saying that salt is their equivalent for toothbrush in the absence of toothpaste..If i'm running out of toothpaste i am using salt..i have no choice..if not salt i used soap for bath..it could also be a remedy or an alternative for brushing your teeth rather than leaving your teeth without toothbrush..

I dont think i ever ran out of toothpaste.. i always have a few lying around in the house.... i have a pharmacy just two minutes away from my house... so if i ever run off.. ill probably run and get it from the pharmacy...
