 some people said, they will use salt or else baking soda as tooth paste. Are you using this too? Do you have any other options aside from what i mentioned? wish you can share it with me.

Not only does it remove the plaque well, but it also helps the gums. It also whitens the teeth. Sometimes I'll make it for a use or two even if I haven't run out of toothpaste just for the whitening.
