Feeling a little fat, I am trying some methods to lose weight, but they are not very effective. Jogging should be a sport needs energy and time, but everyday after work, I felt tired and energy-less. I 'd like paly football, but there is no playground to kick the balls.
What can I do to keep fit and healthy to lose the weight? It always confuses me.
You experiecned guys must have lots of effective ways to lose weight, right?

Thanks for your suggestion at first. In my opinion, I want to lose weight through exercise. Not only losing weight, but also building muscle. It' s just one stone to kick two birds.
At present, I am wondering there is any sports could help to lose weight effectively.

I think the better way to lose weight is eat little and do more excercises.I saw an essay on the internet said that if you want to lose weight the foremost is don't eat high energetic food or snacks.I know a woman sucessful to lose weight.She just ate five apples a day and drank more water.everyday she walk more than an hour.Afer a week,she lost 5 pounds.I think her measure maybe effective,but I can't insist to be successful.Last I was so fat more than 100 pounds and I ate the medicine which help me to lose weight,finally I succeeded.But after that I paid no attention to my weight and ate more.Then my weight increased.Now I'm 105 pounds and I also want to lose weight.But so far I haven't find a effective measure to lose my weight.I eat as usual and sit on the chair 8 hours a day for working.My lag become fatter and fatter,I'm afraid I will become the real fatso.So I bought a bike and play the badminton everyday to keep my present weight at least no to increase.I think you'll find the most appropriate ways for yourself,good luck!

The woman who succeeded in losing weight has the strong willing, I am afraid I donot have such a strong will...
I am the same with you to work 8 hours in the office, and exusted after a day;s work.
Eating too less will be starved when in the work, almost it will affect the working for lack of energy.
Hope we could find a measure suitbale for ourselves to lose weight and keep fit.

If you are in a hurry to lose weight, you must do cardio exercises such as aerobics and running. he only downside of cardio is that when you stop it, and don't watch what you eat, you'll gain weight very fast. But if you are willing to dedicate some time, try strength training to build some muscles. When you build muscles, you will burn more calories even at rest. When you build muscles, you might even gain weight but this doesn't mean you're getting fat. The reason is muscle weighs more than fat. A more efficient way to track your progress is using the tape measure ratehr than using the weighing scale. I'd recommend taebo because it combines strength training and cardio.

Building muscle is not the same as the losing weight.
When building muscle, the weight may not change, but the body will be getting stronger.

You just have to change your eating habits. I woouldn't gonna suggest you to eat foods for its nutritional value. It is important to choose foods that appeal most to you. As eating foods that you don't really intend to eat may only later result in compulsive eating attacks. A few examples of good foods include fish, berries, lean meat, onions, salad, cauliflower and cucumber.

For the exercise part, I truly enjoy yoga, if you have cable you might try fitness tv. I use fitness television ALL the time. They have GREAT programs on there for everyone.
