Y&R - today's episode - what a hoot!!!!! I loved it!

So they wheel Marges coffin into the morgue...and she sits up in it and she comments on things that are going on in GC... which only shows the writers do have an imagination....it's just stuck in the bedroom these days!
Marge's comments:
About Kathrine's friends in GC. "those people are nuts! "
About Jack and Jeffery - "Don't strain your brains on how these 2 minds work"
About Nik - "He's has to make a choice soon, he can't just leave the women hanging in the wind""
About Jack and Gloria -" Do you think these two have an agenda?"
With reference to Nik - "These people are slaves to their passion like no one in a trailer park I ever knew!"
About Phyliss - "Ain't she the pits?" (when Phyliss was poking Sharon about Billy in front of Jack)
About Jack/Sharon and Nik/Phyliss - " Well, let's give these four bananas a chance to get right"
To Phyliss after her discussion with Sharon: "If looks could kill, you'd be riding home with me!""
About Victor and Niki - "Idiots.. both idiots!" (in reference to them not getting back together)
And Murphy proposes to Kathrine and she accepts! THen the jute box that was broken suddenly starts a song that Marge used to play all the time.. Good job writeres.. finally!! I hope they do a good storyline for those two...
But I have to ask... Clint was in the morgue.... how'd he get there? Did I miss something? Last I saw he was on the floor in the closet!

It was a lot of fun! It seems like Y&R has more of a sense of humor nowadays...remember that time when Katherine appeared in angelic garb to Amber in a dream to accuse Kevin? It's good that they're not afraid to be creative and humorous; we'd all like a break from the constant drama every now and again. I wonder if this is the last time we'll see Marge. I can't overemphasize what a good job I think Jeanne Cooper did with both of her roles. I'm beginning to think she's both the best dramatic and comedic actress on Y&R at the moment!

She is really good - I really enjoyed Marge! and the fact that she plays the opposite style role so well on both counts...kudos to her!

I have to say that it was a very interesting and exciting show. Very well written. I don't think I have enjoyed a Young & Restless show as much as I did this episode. My feeling that Jill was switched at birth is the reason their DNA don't match. Then oh no, she loses everything~

It was a very good show - well written as they had Marge say just the perfect things everytime! And we were caught of guard at first each time as we know Kathrine so much better so when we ssee the face, we automatically think KAthrine and when it comes out as Marge...just made it all the more enjoyable and fun and yes, a great episode.
Yeah, they just had Kathrine walk in and drop the test results on Jill's desk saying "you are not my daughter". Priceless!!!
