The fragrance always remains on the hand that gives the rose. --Mahatma Gandhi I have just come across this article about an 18 year old who lives in Hollywood, near Belfast. His name is Cameron Steward and he is the proprietor of ARK Clothing. The acronym stands for Acts of Random Kindness and the idea is to encourage wearers to perform as his website suggests, one act of random kindness every time the clothing is worn. He refers to it as like being a superhero only your superpower might be the willingness to give up your seat on the bus. The point Steward says is the change the way people behave,"in the world people are just out for themselves" While still in school he discovered his talent for selling, and his first thought was of profit, he wanted to be a millionaire by the time he was twenty, but then he realized it was more fun to give money away than to store it up. Now his idea has changed to giving away a million by the time he is 20. Check out his website here www.arkchangeyourworld.com

that was really awesome. i think that i would want to be like that person. though i am not sure if i can be really as kind as this person. but i think that giving money or away makes us feel good and happy inside. i wanted to make other people happy as well but without making myself poor. i would like to be in stable financial condition though being filthy rich is not my plan. i just wanted to have more than enough in life but not so much that i will not know what to do with money . i would want to experience of course some leisure in life. but in case i would be millionaire i would surely want to share it to those who need it the most.

Hi hotsummer, Thank you for responding. We do not need a lot of money to help others, sometimes money is not what they need. Just looks for those who need help and do what you can. Blessings.

yeah, there are lots of things i could to help even without money. i almost forgot it. thanks for reminding me. i think i don't have to wait till i get to have opportunity to earn lots of money just in order to help other people. cause what if i don't get to have lots of money or didn't get lucky to land on a very good job. and i believe that it is really pathetic if we all depend on money to help other people. so i guess i will just what ever help i know of like my talent , whatever it is. or whatever skills i can give. or even good advice or just looking after them when they don't know how to take care for them. i am sure that there are so many ways to help them. but in case i don't have the capability to help them in some ways, i just hope that i will be able to learn how to help them. and also i hope that i will be able to develop being sensitive to the needs of others so that they will not need to ask for help and i could it offer it myself.

Greedy individuals are very miserable and unhappy. Is okay to be responsible with money ,but is not okay to be stingy. Kindness acts can transform the lives of so many people and is a wonderful feeling to be able to share our many blessins with others in need.

Hi savypat, Thanks for responding and I joined as well. I'm a senior on a small fixed income but to me this is the answer to making the world a better place. There are a lot of fine young people out there who are making a difference in the world. To me this is living the teachings of Christ and other great masters. Blessings my friend.

I think this is a great Idea and I think I will make a print out copy and ask my kids school if anyone wants to help on their own time they can go to this web site. Or, maybe I will just give it to my kids and they will tell all their friends and so on. I know it will go like wild fire once they get into it. And, maybe, it will give them something to do this summer and they can learn the hard things like work and the rewards like helping others. I think it will be a good thing for them to try this and learn a little about different peoples lives. I like the idea of helping people right her in America out! **Peace and Love get's you through everything in Life**
