Nokia is a good brand and as proven in my past experience, my nokia which was kept in my pocket was put in the laundry machine when I had my laundry done. It had been in the water for half an hour before I retrieved it. I immediately open up the case and battery and use my hair dryer to dry it thoroughly. I didn't switch it on for a week and when I finally switched it on, to my surprise it functioned very well and up till now am still using it in perfect condition.
