Today is my last day

Starting tomorrow I will be away from work for just over two weeks and I am not at all happy about it. No work means no pay and I am losing 10 days out of my check. I thought I had an alternative that could supplement my income but that plan fell through. I haven't come up with anything else so far and I haven't been doing this online stuff long enough for any significant payouts.
On the one hand I will have a bit more time for writing and a lot more time to get things done around the house while I wait to go back to work. I have something coming up in a few weeks but that is after the break is over.
I really like my job but these extended breaks are really hard on my budget!

Yes the will be hard on your budget, but will help you also to handle living with less. Which can be a good thing sometimes. If one stays busy on the paid sites, you can make a good amount each month.

LOL, I can't live with any less that what I do now. I don't make that much at one time so I don't spend much as I never know what can happen.

I know it will be tough on the budget,but hey it will allow you to put your typing fingers to work even more than you already are doing here at mylot and other places. You are closing in on a 1000 post in a very short time. You will pass me up at the rate you are going.
Always got to look for the positive in negative situations, and it looks like you found it by being able to do things around the house that need to be done and gives you more writing time.

Yeah, I have to get busy typing but I want to use some of the time to clean up and get more organized at home too.

I also know that it is very tough when there is less money. I have been depromoted and I lost around Rs 3000 and my salary got reduced from Rs 12,000 to Rs 9,000. I know how it feels as all my calculations were gone and my budget and I need to cut down all my expenses and find other ways to pay my bills. I am trying hard on online to earn some extra money.

Wow, that is a significant loss of money to your budget. I guess it is better than a total loss but I know it is still tough. Lets all hope things turn around soon.

I'm sure there are other things you can do during your break to bring in some extra income. It's just a matter of looking for your options. Just keep your thoughts high, and things will take off.

Well, they told us one thing then another. I would have had to come up with something ahead of time but it's ok. I have something coming up in a few weeks.
