for the multi pet owner so,i'm on line trying to work today..and 2 of my cats, brother and sister, have decided it's wrestlemania time.they used to get along as kittens, but since getting older the girl has decided she hates him and won't sit near him. ..aaaaaaaaaaand he's goading her today.the third cat is high up and trying to be invisible. do your pets ever do the battle royal all day sometimes for no reason whatsoever? i just had to separate the two of them.must be the weather, they were good yesterday.

I'm laughing here. You're pets sound an awful lot like my CHILDREN lately. My son a daughter 13 and 16 have basically have had issues with eachother since they were pretty small. Of course the intensity fluctuats. Yesterday (we're on spring break now God help me!) they decided that they hate eacother so much that they need to beat the tar out of eachother. The injuries sustained werent TOO horrible. But my son did threaten to call the cops on his sister. I was hoping that by this age it would be safe to leave them alone for a few minutes once in a while. I was also thinking that I need to quit being their referree and let them sort through there issues on their own. That doesn't seem to be happening! So, no, I don't have pets that do that. I do have one dog. She just attaches herself to someone 24/7. But it sounds like your cats are having a case of sibling rivalry a lot like humans do!

Well my two kitties have never exactly been "chums" in other words you would hardly ever see them cuddled up with one another (though there have been a FEW rare occasions)---Pyewacket is the head honcho here and he never lets his "cousin" Kissy forget it. Every once in awhile though Pyewacket just loves to go after Kissy though and the two hiss at each other like crazy both with their backs up and I have to break things up before it becomes a possible outright war here. Sheesh..children

we have the thundering herd come running around our house every few hours, it depends on the time of day, but since we have a split level house, one will start it, then take off running around the house and the other soon follows, then they fall on each other, then start all over again, its adorable!

"thundering herd" we have that-we call it "ya-ya time". zipping up and down the staircase like there's a decathalon. usually one cat sits out and looks at us like "what's their problem?"

I find that the dog is often chasing the cat. that is something that I have gotten used to but it does take along time for them to get over their fussing and fighting. the dog is a big baby though and often lets the cat push him around. he is something else and is really a big chicken when it comes to the fight.
