| |  Yeah, the show is quite fascinating, but now that I'm going to the gym, I don't think their ways are healthy. Yes, those guys do lose a lot of weight, but the quicker you lose them the more dangers it is to your health, and the faster you gain them plus more.
I'd like to see what happened to those who participated in that show 5-10years down the road.

| |  I find alot of inspiration in the show. It makes you feel as if anything is possible. I don't know if you're aware, but they have fitness videos they sell through their website. I think they also have alot of fitness and nutritional information as well. It might be worth a look.
