Cleaning Your Computer

I normally clean my pc once a month. I will clean the keyboard, mouse and some of the parts. Sometimes, I will clean the software parts by defragment and deleting useless programs.

I clean the physical parts of my Desktop computers once in every four months as it is highly important to maintain them clean as the bacterias and germs that are present in our keyboard is 100 times greater than the bacterias and germs that are present in our toilet. The case is much worser when it comes to laptop and it requires regular cleaning. I mean cleaning for atleast once in every 3 weeks as they contain more bacterias and germs than the desktop computers. I personally do not own a lap top and if I have one, then i would definitely clean it regularly. I mean as said earlier, I would clean my laptop for atleast once in 3 weeks.

yes sometimes i clean my computer i think at least once in a month or more it depends how much it will be dirty in short period!!
In reality for the screen i use special things to clean up and in this way it will be good even if normally it takes not much time after it need to clean another time..

I have 3 steps for cleaning my laptop.

1) I get a can of compressed air (should be available from your local pc store or you can get it online) and I give a quick burst of air into the fan area of the laptop.

2) Next I get a post it note and insert the sticky side in between the keys and slide it left and right. You will be shocked at how much dirt you get out by doing this.

3) With a screen wipe I give the keyboard and all the casing a wipe over to remove greasy finger prints and general dirt.

I do all this basically once a week, but generally give the keyboard a wipe over at least every other day.

I have a special dusting brush for my laptop. I use it every day. For the screen, I use eyeglass cleaner sprayed on a soft cloth. For the keys, I use baby wipes.

i often dust it everyday using a fly whisk..just to remove the dust first..every weekend i do take warm water with a spoonful of baking soda then go ahead and clean it thoroughly,.its a desktop with a huge head(CRT)

I try to do a little cleaning everyday. But I do a big cleaning once a week. And I do cleaning the fan etc.. once a month!

I use a vacuum and spray air into my computer. I don't know of any other way to clean a computer.

I do this as often as I can. I usually wait too long and it over heats.:(

i clean it once a week, i use a paint brush for my keyboard hahahaha. I use tissue paper and a small drop of alcohol to disinfect my keyboard and computer. I like cleaning my keyboard, i didnt know a lot of dust and food particles are there when i clean them. Nahh, thats a lesson for those people who really type and eat at the same time,,heheheh like me.
Its always good to clean computers. They work well when they clean, you always happy when the keyboard works well right?

I regularly clean my computer/s on a monthly basis, more or less. For major cleaning, I use cotton with alcohol and use that to swipe the dust off, from keyboard to monitor, and mouse.

Recently, I discovered this new way of cleaning up the keys from the keyboard. It's a lot easier and gets rid off the tiniest particles in between the keys. It was advised by a friend's friend friend, so on. LOL It's like a spray can that sorta uses air/liquid stuff and spray at the keystrokes. There are many brands available at computer stores. I don't know though if it's available in all countries but I bought mine from USA. One I'm currently using is called Perfect Duster. Any brand would do as they serve the same purpose.
