anyway, based from experience both use a little oil. which do you think is better for our health and where do foods taste better being cooked in: a grill or an oven?

I think oven cooking is safer than grilling as grilling can cause cancer most especially if food is burned up(blackish parts).. it's best if we use our ovens to remove excess oils..

i didn't know that it's still true: the burned parts of a grilled dish can still cause cancer. i wonder why some cooking shows still sometimes devote an entire program making everything from appetizers to the dessert grilled.

I think both methods of cooking are healthy. We don't have an oven but I've already tasted a dish that's cooked in it. I think oven-cooked dishes are very delicious. On the other hand, grilled dishes are also delicious and healthy and that's what's available to us right now.

I would choose grilled foods. I always like to eat grilled food especially meat. Although I also like baked foods. Especially cakes and baked macaronis.
