Hmm. Sounds like you're buying a chance to write for Jon Stewart or Colbert. I think that no matter what occurs someone will always complain. It could be Utopia and some sourpuss out there would pipe up "It's too peaceful". Though, on the more serious side as I'm feeling a tad philosophical tonight, I've been thinking about H.G. Wells quite a bit lately. I've been thinking of two stories in particular, The Island of Dr. Moreau, and The Time Machine.

I think part of me wonders if perhaps animals are more peaceful then human's. I also have been giving quite a bit of thought to the Morlocks and Eloi. I mean, it's very much the same as what we witness today. We have the laborers that do all the work to support the upper crust, and yet the upper crust are completely naieve, and don't even value their own written word or history.

I'm not sure what the best solution is for all of this, other then to continue to do our best as human beings to strive toward a larger goal.

The stupid protesters smashed up a branch of the RBS bank - trouble is WE OWN the &&**%%$$ bank now!! The UK taxpayers are the majority shareholders in the bank! Talk about banging your head against a brick wall.. Not that the protesters are likely to be either British OR taxpayers.. they are most likely MORON visitors from the planet MYANUS. the ones I saw looked a bit like this...
OK rant over - Here's the problem with your plan - there needs to public singing and dancing to accompany the 'we have solved the world crisis' message that was actually thrashed out at the secret meetings BEFORE the public G20 event... The point of the summit is to be able to make people think the crisis is over or at least under control. You can't have secret 'hype' now can you??
