Eating too much sushi worries me  | |  From a news article I read this evening, it worries me a bit because I like to eat Sushi. The articles mentioned that the seafood sushi contains parasites, and other germs. They should carefully manage the making of sushi before they should sell to customers. Do you ever think of those parasites along the seafood sushi going to your stomach while you are eating them? It really got me after I imagine it.

The levels have slowly been rising in fish that have been tested over the past few years. I'd stick with sushi places that have a good reputation and lots of customers. That way you know the stuff is fresh and they are always getting more in stock.
