Eating too much sushi worries me

From a news article I read this evening, it worries me a bit because I like to eat Sushi. The articles mentioned that the seafood sushi contains parasites, and other germs. They should carefully manage the making of sushi before they should sell to customers. Do you ever think of those parasites along the seafood sushi going to your stomach while you are eating them? It really got me after I imagine it.

I think most people are worried about the amount of mercury in fish. The levels have slowly been rising in fish that have been tested over the past few years. I'd stick with sushi places that have a good reputation and lots of customers. That way you know the stuff is fresh and they are always getting more in stock.

Yes, the mercury in fish is also the important thing we should know. It is always good to only have fresh sushi.

I worry a bit, too, but only a bit. As long as the place is up to health code standards you shouldn't worry. If you spend all your time worrying about what might happen, you'll never enjoy life. That being said, don't eat sushi in dive bars, of course.

I would only have the sushi from trusted restaurants, so I won't worry about the parasites and germs.

I love sushi! Though those issues are true. But, I eat sushi where it is safe. Like in some japanese restaurants in the mall, usually theirs is really clean.
