I have not tried any. I just play basketball and don't eat as much or just lift weights at whatever I feel like doing. I don't starve my self but I just cut back on some food.

2. OLIJULSAR (1063) | 9 months ago | That's the best way to do it,slowly and at your own pace. These people that take all the pills to help them loose weight, when they stop taking them they end up putting back on double of what they took off.
Exercise and eating reasonable meals and not skipping meals will be the most successful in the long run.

3. suspenseful (17148) | 9 months ago | I do my own. I will of course, try it out on the demonstrations but then I will notice that they are still the same. So why try out something that you usually can do for free? Besides I would had to pay for the Dvds and they are not cheap. So I will just keep walking, and make sure that I eat right and do some weight lifting. Besides I have never have the time to watch in front of the Tv set anyway. It takes way too much time.

5. suzzy3 (3995) | 9 months ago | I haven't tried any work out from the tv.All I have done is eat properly and exercise two or three times a week for an hour at a time.get the blood pumping make myself sweat and make my self ache.Feel so much better for it as well.I just refuse to spend money making someone else rich when I can do it my self for nothing call me tight if you like.xxx
