Tasks on myLot

Can someone please explain the tasks to me....I tried to do one but I'm not too sure I understand. It would be very appreciated if someone would explain this to me! I joined the site about a year and a half ago, but haven't been online here at myLot in about 8 or 9 months, so I'm lost when it comes to these tasks. Thanks!!
