Do you make your own strawberry shortcake or do you buy it already made?

One of the desserts we are having with our Easter Sunday dinner is Strawberry Shortcake. When I was shopping I saw a lot of them already made up but I decided to make my own. Since all the ingredients were on sale it worked out much cheaper that way...not to mention I like to cook and I think it tastes better.
Which do you prefer...make your own strawberry shortcake or buy one already made?

It's really easy if you buy an angel food cake or those little cups. All you have to do is put some whipped cream on the cake, "squash" up some strawberries for the filling and put that on top of the cream then put more cream all over the cake or on top of the filling if you're using the cups and put a few whole strawberries on top...that's it. Let me know if you try it!
