Is the economy affecting you?  

It's so-so. I think everybody is getting the pinch I guess. The only people who are not suffering are those who are earning millions like the celebrities. How lucky can these guys be.

I'm a full-time department manager at an entertainment store. I'm not in any danger of being laid off anytime soon, but I'm definitely feeling the crunch. I've been scheduled for part-time hours for the last several weeks. I don't know what I'd do if my husband hadn't been picking up extra shifts at work to help make up the difference. I'd consider getting another job, but there are hardly any to be had. I really hope things pick up by 2010 like they're predicting they will...

my company is affected by the finicial crisis,i work in a furniture company .

i work in a band and yes we. the whole band can feel the economy very hurting. sometimes we have work but they pay is to small. some of the place we use to work at no longer gets a full band they are more likely to get duos and acoustic bands with a few members. it is hard and hurting at the same time, i hope it gets better.

I think it really is affecting all of us including me. Even I as a student really do notice it's effects since in our school there are less students enrolling because they don't have enough money to get enrolled and pay for the tuition for the whole year and our school needed to add scholars for less privileged students to receive quality education. It really is sad.

yes. it has affected much of us actually. it is entiirely a different thing now with almost all of the biggest economy country are in a bad time as well. so the prices are so high up, with little pay with our current works, and stuffs we just need to try to keep the expenses all down.

I've lost my job in September, and now since I live at home with my mom, the only thing I pay is my phone and bed bill; between what money I hustle or what have you, I do alright. I don't like the fact I'm not working, but I must say I never was hungry. So yes it affects me and I surely didn't like what happened to me, but lately I've been thinking real hard of making something happen for me more than depend on someone else to make it happen for me. So I learned to make a pound cake; hopefully I can do that as well as type;

if i were to say that it is so-so or doesn't affect me,i would be lying.
It affecting me greatly as i getting lesser and lesser money and the the foods and daily need's price increase so much.I don't know how i can survive through it.

Well,my family were affected because of the decress of income.Although affected,it doesn't matter so far and I think that it will end in the near future.Earlier it ends,earlier I am happy again!

So far i still have a job to support myself and my family, im working in the food industry in an internetional company. I know salles are decreasing, but we still doing money. However, everytime i go shopping (domestic stuff), i spend much more then before to buy the same things. I dont understand how they play finance things over here, coz people dont have money, they are buying less and to complement salles profits the increse prices. I really dont know how we are going to keep going like this, im a bit worry about, and not just for me but for everybody else in this country. Best wishes and good business for you
