crepes for Easter

Our daughter and granddaughter came for Easter and made us all crepes for dinner, it was a great Easter dinner and fun to all be involved in making these. We had one with turkey , cheese and spinach for the main meal and another with jam and chocolate for dessert.

Hi, Pat!
That sounds so good, I've decided to makecrepes as soon as Passover ends and we Jews can eat palatable food again. There are roadside stands everywhere around here with fresh strawberries, so I think they'll take the place of the jame. I still have to put everything in the blender, but I think I can handle the crepes with my front teeth. At least they can go together. Love your yummy idea!

There are so many strawberry farms here in Florida, they're everywhere, and therefore quite inexpensive. They're around most of the year, as we don't really have many seasonal changes - it's just always hot!
