anyone can tell me how to get to sleep qucikly?

ok,now i`m puzzled by this terrible feeling,i really want to get rid of it and have a good night.since last time i had a good night was after watching a moving film and even dropped tears,that seemed useful to me.but i can`t cry everyday!!!! so i`ve tried many ways,just like drink milk,but i still can`t sleep.....i feel only pass one or two hours everynight,i could sleep slowly. well.so terrible!!can you help me?any ways?

if you can not sleep well during the night ,i think you should do some sports as more as possible and you will be fine . dont take too much pills it wont do you any good :)

i do that,like you say,some sports,everynight,but no effects...... pills,i think i would never eat that,that`s so harmful to my health.

The same case exists with me. Whenever I am excited about something, I feel difficult to sleep. You may probably try out some of these quick tips- 1. Try to read a book or do something extremely "boring"(liking studying just before sleeping) so that you feel a bit sleepy 2. Try to concentrate on one thing when you are trying to sleep(a bit of meditation may also help you). Avoid unnecessary thoughts that may crop up in your mind. 3. And always leave mylot 30 minutes before yo sleep!. mylot is so exciting. hope this helps you.

first,sth boring?that maybe not suit for you,cos i really don`t do that even i know it could help me some certain. And,that`s the point,i can`t or hard to concentrate sth ,absolutely impossible to do that,i don`t know why and i really want to do that. third,mylot is a excuse?maybe not.i love this place,but the feeling is not exciting,funny maybe good. by the way, thanks for your suggestion. I have the same problem alot of times. I have trouble going right to sleep because I alwaus have alot of things on my mind. People say to listen to some soft music. That usually helps.

If you are a smoker then,try not to smoke. Drink a lots of water. Try to consult a doctor. You can also hear classical music in a very low volume.Such music therapy may also prove helpful. Try not to think anything that is going around you.
