How many times do you visit your doctor in a year?

2 times? maybe more? You are a person who like to know all time if your health is ok or not?
Or maybe you visit a doctor only you don t feel good?
Is better for all of us to visit our doctor 2,3 times in a year to make a general control, for our health.

I think it is good to have an annual check up but since my company does not shoulder the cost, I stopped having a check up. I only go to the doctor when I am sick (good thing I haven't been really sick in years). The latest doctor that I went for check up was my OB-Gyne, after I gave birth to my 2nd child around 4 years ago hehehe.
