That's the difference between a student and teacher. Students should be able to learn on their own but they need a teachers guidance and knowledge.

Everybody likes to learn but not everybody wants to be taught. There are lessons in life we have to learn, respect and control are the hardest. Students should respect their teachers but teachers should recognize and even challenge their students to think for themselves and learn how to express themselves correctly.

The teacher in fact has to be taught what education is, what is involved beyond text books, lesson notes, what is expected of him and to modify his attitudes in relation to these expectations. A tall order, but in many ways one that probably has been given scant attention in the past. So much of education depends on teachers, how they conditioned to their roles and how they continuously adapt their attitudes to the needs of those being taught. One big defect which exists is that many teachers feel in the classroom it is only the pupil who adjust to the teacher, but in fact the teacher in more than one way has to adjust to the pupils to give the whole interaction balance.

Because teacher needs to update each and every day so that is big fact so communicating with students and clarifying their doubts and i guess that was big responsible for them. Have you ever worked as a teacher in your life?

I used to be a teacher. From my experience, the more you know the students, you can better cater for their requirements. For different level of students, they need a bit different load of teaching. I set the basic for all, but offered more for the high levels, which prevented them from feeling dull. Patience, fairness, friendliness, etc. are needed to be a good teacher. First of all, you must be a learned individual.

In the past, I have done tutoring and taught church school. I find that the best way to capture a student's attention is to make learning fun, interesting. The tools for learning that I used: tell it, show it, and then allow "hands-on" learning. Repetition works well for students who have trouble with comprehension. So do graphic items like pictures, graphs, maps, etc. Study groups can work well, as can allowing the students to play an active role in the learning process. Rewards for work well done create another incentive for learning. These can be inexpensive items: a pretty pencil, for instance. And yes, we have to know the subject very well before we can teach it effectively to others. Happy teaching to you! Karen

I think whatever the teacher's subject is, the teacher themselves has to be fully engaged and enthused about it, because a student will always, always know when you're just in it for the paycheck. Also, remembering the boundaries between being a teacher and a friend, or a teacher and a parent will probably go a long way in helping you be a better teacher. Establish boundaries and then stick to them.

as a second mother/parents inside the classroom,we teachers should be sensitive to the feelings of our students.we need to put ourselves in their shoes and understand their situation.we all know that the students have different individual interferences.lean to be appreciative and sensitive as weel

Hello my friend Dasari100 JI, There are many points, but in nut-shell may be be considered as :- 1. Lot of patience. 2. Think and simulate those conditions, while one was a student. 3. Know more than to be taught. 4. Always prepare your subject, before going to class. 5. Consider teaching as a Nble profession and not being thrown upon you by circumstances. 6. Try and learnb yourself, before it's implementation. 7. Make use of all senses , while taeching. 8. Take as a callange. May God bless you and have a great time.
