Are you more responsible wih your job or business? Are you strong in job

I used to do jobs but now i have my own business so when ever it may be i am more responsible person with my job and my commitments because i tackled those things so certainly i need to be aware and careful all of the stuff.
I am really strong with jobs and business because i do have my own skills to balance so i tell you from my heart so what about you my friends?

Hello Dasari100,
I am sorry I don't really get your question. But let me try to respond here. I always try to be a responsible person. Whenever I am doing my job, I will make sure I do it with all my heart and do it correctly. Whenever I have job to do, I will try to finish it as quick as I could and complete the task with zero mistake. I also have a part time job - to help my husband running our own company. I make sure that I have a good time management so that it won't disturb any of my work.

I think working both life partners makes you happy so helping each other is really good , which kind of job have you been doing? which kind of business is better to start?

There are times in our life that we don't feel like being a paid worker anymore so we venture into business. I have tested what is like in the employment world for few years before calling it quits to run my own business. And I have been in business for so long that it has given me great satisfaction to be my own employer and employee. Definitely having your own business is much better then working life. You decide the profit margin you want to make and it only takes some effort and patience to make it successful.

For most of the time it is good to business rather then job because we need to work under someone but when you deal business with your own so when ever you free you can do that makes you really good.

It depends on the sort of people you belong to. Some would be specialized on a limited area, preferably in a big company, while others would prefer to be their own boss, caring about evergy from strategy to service. We have the saying, though a little bird, it has all the biological systems as the big animals. If determined to be own boss, skills and patience are needed, besides, integrity is most important to develop your business in the long run.

I am now being more responsible with my actions.I am now becoming aware that I am not getting any younger,so I must start thinking about my future.I am lucky that I am still single.for now,I can only be responsible for myself and focus on helping my family.I am happier now,being a single girl who has no one responsible to other than herself.

I am fairly responsible in my job and am helpful to my colleaques. When they are busy with work, I usually lend them a helping hand. I believe in treating them like friends instead of reacting to them like foes - politics has no place in our office.
